Our Process

Every home tells a story, and our process is designed to make yours truly yours. From the very first chat through to the final reveal, we’ll guide you every step of the way to create a home that feels both beautiful and personal.

D I S C O V E R Y   C A L L

It all begins with a friendly chat with Caroline where you’ll talk through your scope of work. At this stage we will provide you with a design fee outline which will cover the design stages of our process.

C O N S U L T A T I O N

Caroline will then visit you at home, so you can discuss the project in more detail and see whether you’re happy to move forward with the process. One of our designers - either Deanna or Sophie might attend the meeting to take measurements, photos and get a real feel for the space. We will dive deeper into your personal style, preferences, and how you live day-to-day to ensure the design reflects you. We will quote after this meeting and send you an ideasbook to get us started.

D E S I G N  P R O P O S A L

Over the next couple of weeks, your designer will create a design for your space. You’ll receive a beautifully curated presentation that includes 2D and 3D layout options, along with carefully selected colours, fabrics, furniture, and accessories. We will also send across and estimated cost for bringing this design to life.

D E S I G N &
C O N S U L T A T I O N

We will then meet with you again to walk you through the designs and discuss any revisions that you’d like to make. Once you’re happy you will be sent an updated design package along with a final design invoice. At this stage, we will give you the opportunity to take full advantage of our project management service (with no additional fee).

P R O J E C T
M A N A G E M E N T

If you’d like us to take care of everything, we will start to manage the project. Starting with co-ordinating the tradespeople, ordering materials and finally ordering the furniture and accessories. We would handle it all with regular site visits to ensure everything is progressing smoothly and is staying aligned with the vision.

I N S T A L L A T I O N

Once all of the work is complete, we will schedule an installation day to style your space. This includes, fitting window treatments, placing furniture, and adding those finishing touches to bring your design together.
