Our most popular package – Design and Project Management is a comprehensive service for clients seeking a personalised approach to transforming their home, including project managing every step of the way, from architects to builders, decorators to joiners – our expert interior designers are ready to bring your project to fruition, whether you have a set budget or want to create one together.
This Package Includes:
- A discovery call (10-15 minutes) - where we discuss your needs, your budget and what you'd like us to help with.
- A home visit for an initial consultation
- A Project Proposal (which includes selection of all colours, finishes, furniture choices, wallpaper and fabric, flooring, accessories, lighting and everything else needed to complete a room)
- 2D plan
- 3D renders
- Full list of products and their cost
- Ballpark costings for any trades required
- Physical samples of any fabrics, wallpapers and floorings
- Follow up meeting to share plans in your home
- Up to 2 revisions per room
- Further 30-45 minutes of designer time on email/phone/Zoom per room
- Includes full project management of your project using our trades, within your budget and timescale - let us take the stress out of planning and managing your project! (Please note, there is no additional designer fee for this service, but we can only deliver this package within a realistic budget, which we can discuss during your discovery call or initial meeting).
Price: £695 + VAT, plus the project cost – per room.
